At Inspire Clinical Counselling and Coaching, I offer professional, evidence-informed counselling for individuals, couples, and families across the Byron Bay and Tweed region, as well as online across Australia.
Counselling sessions are offered at a standard rate to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
*Reduced rate / concession has limited availability.
Available for:
- Centrelink Health Care Card holders,
- Pension Card holders, and
- those experiencing financial hardship (on request).
Please note that reduced-rate appointments are limited to ensure sustainability of care.
Some clients may be eligible to claim a rebate for counselling sessions through their private health insurance, depending on their level of cover.
At Inspire Clinical Counselling and Coaching, clients may be able to claim with:
- Bupa
- GU Health
Please note:
- Rebates vary depending on your individual policy and level of extras cover
- It is recommended that you contact your insurer directly to confirm your eligibility and rebate amount prior to your session
- Payment for sessions is required at the time of appointment, and you can then submit your receipt to your insurer for reimbursement
We welcome NDIS participants who are:
- Self-managed, or
- Plan-managed
Sessions are charged at $150 per hour, in line with current guidelines.
Some clients access counselling through external funding programs such as Supports at Home (SaH).

External programs may contribute a portion of the session fee
Any gap payment is the responsibility of the client
Clients are asked to confirm funding approval directly with their provider prior to booking.
At Inspire Clinical Counselling and Coaching, I provide counselling through EAP provider, Converge International, across the Byron Bay, Tweed and Gold Coast regions, as well as online across Australia. Sessions are initially arranged through the EAP provider.
Please note:
Session fees apply to all scheduled appointment time, including:
- Initial intake and assessment
- Documentation and clinical note-taking
- Communication required for your care (e.g., emails, coordination)
I am a qualified and experienced clinical pastoral counsellor, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)-based life coach. I keep abreast of the latest research and undertake regular professional development and clinical supervision.
Some of my certifications include: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Art Therapy, Time Line Therapy, Play Therapy, AutPlay Therapy, Level 1 & 2 Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Mental Health First Aid, and Suicide Prevention.
I have a breadth and depth of experience not only from my work in mental health, but also from teaching in primary and secondary schools for 15 years and as a mother of two, one of whom is autistic.
